They do EVERYTHING for my music except promotion, but they handle distribution, samples creation (library w/ over a million samples), have some of the best plugins I use in my DAW, provide education through their blog, and have solely the task of mastering every one of my finished products. They take the hundreds (thousands?) I’m able to invest in my music career and STRETCH them like every musician (except Drake) needs in a budget for music production and composition/creation. Landr is every serious musician or musical creator’s best friend and I’ll tell you why: all my disposable income goes to Landr, and I wouldn’t want it any other way. They should take a closer look at their own policies if they want to keep their current customers, a lot of competitors don't have these senseless restrictions (not saying they are perfect either) but if they pull such limitations out of the hat on artists, more and more will opt out. Their customer service is responsive, I'll give them that, but they will just answer you in the same laid-back-pretending-to-be-helpful-style that for XYZ reason, they cannot honnor your request.

I mean, WHAT!? At this time in the music industry, artists are free to experiment with their title style, but a simple word written in capital letter draws the line? The word in question is "RED", it's not like it's offensive or tabboo. The last in date: they do not accept titles all in caps. With each release we have to reach out to their customer service. Until now, not one single release we have submitted through them has gone without a hinge - whether it is the cover art they do not accept, copyrighted 'samples' they randomly find in our track when there is none or late distribution of the track on socials.

Landr has just renewed our annual subscription and already regret not to have cancelled it right before.
